Another special restoration

I have been working a lot on restoring family photos. It has been a true labor of love.

This photo didn't need a lot of work, but I wanted to clean it up a bit and then crop out a lot of the background to increase the focus on the subjects.

These three people mean a great deal to me. They are my mother, my grandmother, and my oldest son. It was taken during the summer of 1999 in my grandmother's garage.

Had I not been the one taking the photo, it would have been a four-generation photo.

I'm happy that my grandmother was around long enough to get to meet both of my boys. I only hope that my oldest still has a few memories of her.

I know which restored version is my favorite, can you guess?

It's been a while

Sorry it has been so long since I have shared anything, but my kidney issues have made it difficult for me to spend much time in the studio....
